How long does the experience last?
Around 2–3 hours, including dining and conversations.
Can you accommodate dietary preferences?
Yes! Vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options are available with prior notice.
Is this suitable for children?
Yes, it’s a family-friendly experience. And it’s free for children up to 5 years of age. Children of age 6 years and above are will be charged at full rate.
How many dishes are served?
A full multi-course meal with starters, mains, accompaniments, and sweets.
What if I’ve never eaten from a banana leaf before?
That’s the fun part—we’ll guide you through the tradition.
Is alcohol served?
No, but refreshing traditional beverages are included.
Can I take photos?
Yes, you’re welcome to photograph the food and experience (just ask before clicking people).
Do I need to make an appointment for the session and how early should it be?
We request you to take a reservation at least a day in advance for us to keep the ingredients ready.
I have made a reservation. Can I cancel it in the last hour?
To ensure smooth operation, we would appreciate it if you can avoid cancellations of any kind. However, we will understand if it is an unforeseen situation. Please be sure that we will also be willing to accommodate you at a different time if you choose to do so.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) via Razorpay and US Dollars ($ USD) via PayPal
Do you accept cash payments?
For cash payments, we accept Indian Rupees (₹ INR) only.
Do you have car parking space?
We do not have reserved car parking space, we have limited street parking space available for your car.
I have an over sized suitcase. Can I get that?
Sure, we are very tourist-friendly. Please note that we are located at level 2 with an elevator in the building.
What transportation options are available to reach the location?
Chennai has various public and private transportation options. Look out for metro, buses, airport cabs, Uber, Ola, as well as the famous Tuk-Tuks (Autorickshaws). If you text us your location, we can help you out with the best option.
